You will receive a detailed assessment of your communication and leadership style, including strengths, blind spots, and how others are likely experiencing you in day to day interactions.
60 Minute Results Review and Strategy Session
We review your results together and talk through how they show up in real leadership situations, such as managing a project, giving feedback, navigating conflict, or leading a team through change.
30 Minute Follow Up Call
After you have had time to apply what you learned, we reconnect to address questions, revisit challenges, and adjust next steps.
